30-Day Return Window

Request a return within 30 days of delivery. If the order arrives in several packages, count from the delivery date of the item you want to return.

Return Eligibility

Include the order number and the item name or SKU so we can identify the purchase and delivery date.

Return Conditions

Describe whether the item has been opened, used or assembled and whether its parts are present. Keep the packaging and any supplied accessories where possible.

Non-Defective Returns

For a change of mind or fit issue, identify the item and describe its condition in your request. Keep all pieces together so the return can be reviewed against the order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Report the issue with your order number and product name. Include photos when available and retain the item and packaging for review.

Return Request Procedure

Email [email protected] with your order number, the item name or SKU, the delivery date, the reason for the request and the item condition.

Return Authorization

Wait for written return instructions before mailing an item. Use the return address and shipping instructions in the authorization and keep your shipping receipt and tracking number.

Refund Review and Original Payment Method

After the returned item is received and reviewed, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your payment provider controls when the credit appears in your account.

Exchanges

Include the replacement item or option you want when making your request. Exchange availability depends on the requested item and the status of the original order.

Order Cancellations

Send a cancellation request promptly with your order number. If the item has already shipped, use the return process described above.
